But, once the funds have been issued, maintaining accurate records on the collateral becomes increasingly important.
Binary Stream’s Loans Manager allows you to keep track of ‘lease assets’ and ‘sell inventory items’ that you hold as collateral on loans, making it much easier for you to manage! Our newest functionality allows you to attach any Fixed Asset in Dynamics GP, or any SOP document line items, as collateral to a loan.
Additionally, any AR or SOP document can be converted to a loan with just a few clicks; document totals are transferred in as the principal amount, and using the Loans Calculator, repayment terms can be calculated and locked in.
